A wide range of learning opportunities are available to staff, supporting the development of knowledge, skills, and practice in alignment with our shared priorities. These opportunities can be accessed through the DOBCEL Professional Learning Calendar, where staff can explore upcoming sessions and plan their learning in ways that are meaningful to their role and context.

Over time, this work will continue to grow. We are currently developing a clearer connection between professional learning and the Leadership Competency Framework, making it easier to see which competencies are being developed through each learning opportunity. This will support greater clarity, consistency, and shared understanding of how professional learning contributes to growth across our system.
