God of Compassion, we lift up the people of Nepal and Tibet to you
during this time of tragedy and sorrow.
Comfort those who have lost their loved ones, their homes, and their sense of security.
Grant eternal rest to those who have passed away, and give strength and
healing to the injured, the grieving, and the missing.
God of Mercy, we pray for the emergency personnel, medical workers,
and rescue volunteers working tirelessly in dangerous terrain.
Give them courage, wisdom, and protection as they serve others.
Provide shelter for the displaced and hope to those who feel hopeless.
Remind all those affected that they are not alone in their suffering.
We place everyone affected into your loving and merciful hands.
