Catholic Education Ballarat is seeking two exceptional leaders to join our organisation and help shape the future of education across our diocese.

We are currently recruiting for two senior roles within our organisation: Assistant Director: Finance and Assistant Director, Digital Systems & Technology. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organisation that supports schools, students and communities across western Victoria.

Both positions are executive leadership roles responsible for guiding critical strategic functions and supporting the delivery of high-quality education services across the Diocese.

 

Assistant Director: Finance

The Assistant Director: Finance will provide strategic leadership across financial planning, reporting, compliance and financial governance. Working closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team, this role will ensure strong financial stewardship, sustainability and effective resource management across the organisation.

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is passionate about supporting purpose-driven organisations and leading high-performing teams.

Assistant Director, Digital Systems & Technology

The Assistant Director, Digital Systems & Technology will lead the strategic development and delivery of digital systems and technology infrastructure across Catholic Education Ballarat.

This role will play a critical part in strengthening digital capability, ensuring secure and reliable systems, and enabling innovative technology solutions that support schools and the broader organisation.
