Ten participants from schools across the Diocese of Ballarat joined similar sized cohorts of staff from schools in the Diocese of Sandhurst and the Diocese of Wagga Wagga for Part 1 of the CDLP held at Cammeray Waters, Woodend.
The program facilitated by staff from Catholic Education Ballarat, Catholic Education Sandhurst and Catholic Education Wagga Wagga engages participants through a residential professional development opportunity with a focus on the skills, knowledge and capabilities for leaders and middle leaders within a Catholic school context. Over the course of the year, participants identify and develop their effective leadership practice within their own school context and through a spaced learning model and a coaching program.
Participants will return to Cammeray Waters in late July to explore additional leadership models where they will be joined by the Executive Directors from each Diocese.
