Enquiries, Feedback and Grievances

The Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL)  welcomes enquiries, feedback and grievances relating to Catholic Education Ballarat and the schools of the Ballarat Diocese.

If you have a general enquiry about DOBCEL or one of its schools or would like to provide feedback you can do so using the form below.

If you have a concern relating to a school, the most effective way to resolve the matter is to contact the school directly. A school must be aware of a concern and its substance in order to address it. DOBCEL believes that a concern is best resolved closest to its source and we entrust the day-to-day management of the schools with our principal. 

If you have experienced a problem or remain dissatisfied with an aspect of your interaction with DOBCEL or a school in the Ballarat Diocese, you may lodge a grievance for our review. Before submitting a grievance, we ask that you review our Grievance Policy and Procedure.

Once your submission is received, you will be provided with a reference number for your records.
